This youth version of the Worry Cards was developed for use with ages 6-13. The cards offer an opportunity for kids to verbalize their thoughts and feelings about real-life worries that face kids their age. Each card presents a primary worry question (such as Do You Worry About Your Homework? About Making New Friends? About Your Parents Fighting?), three follow-up questions, and an idea section to stimulate discussion, role-playing, or clarification about that particular worry. All worry cards are for group or individual use. There are strategies for well-being, stress relief, and problem solving. Each set comes with a brochure of suggested ways to use the cards. Questions have been field-tested and were developed with the help of kids in classroom and individual settings. The cards were updated after the events of 9/11/2001. Currently on sale at 15% off!
